Master Teacher / Choreographer
Elizabeth was trained at Maxine’s Studio of Dance since she was four years old. She joined the Vineland Regional Dance Company in 2002 and was made a soloist for the 2009 – 2010 seasons. She performed lead roles such as the Angel of Dreams and the Dew Drop in the Nutcracker Ballet from 2005-2009 and was a student teacher from September 2006 – June 2010 at Maxine’s Studio of Dance. Elizabeth performed with the VRDC in works by many choreographers including Kimberly Chapman, Johnathan Phelps, Daniel Marshall, Bruce McCormick and Thom Clower. She was a Marie Lousie Bayuk Memorial Scholarship winner in 2009 and was one of the winners for the first annual Jonathan Phelps Memorial Scholarship in 2010. After only three and half years at Rider University Elizabeth graduated with a BS in Biology and a minor in dance in December of 2013. At Rider University, she performed in works choreographed by Jennifer Gladney, Dr. Kimberly Chandler Vaccaro, Danielle Marchant and Laney Engelhard. She has choreographed five pieces for the Rider Dance Ensemble including “The Last Goodbye” in 2011, “The Storm” and “Omen” in 2012 and “The Criminal” and “Peponi” in 2013. She choreographed “Revised Reality” for the VRDC for 2014 and 2015 and has choreographed a new work on the VRDC for 2016. She is a welcome addition to the Maxine’s Studio of Dance Faculty offering a young and energetic teaching style to the school.
